Our Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor is a state-of-the-art device engineered to precisely measure the temperature of exhaust gases in a wide range of applications. In modern engines, whether they are gasoline, diesel, or gas turbine-powered, accurate exhaust gas temperature monitoring is crucial. High Precision Sensing Elements: Equipped with either thermocouple or resistance temperature detector (RTD) elements, our sensor can accurately measure exhaust gas temperatures. For instance, the thermocouple can quickly respond to temperature changes, providing real-time data.

Wide Temperature Range Compatibility: It can operate effectively in a broad temperature spectrum. In gasoline engines, it can handle temperatures from - 40 °C to 1000 °C. For diesel engines, the range extends to - 40 °C to 1200 °C, and in gas turbines, it can function from 0 °C to 1400 °C.

Robust Signal Conditioning Circuit: The integrated signal conditioning circuit converts the temperature signal into an electrical signal that is easily processed by the engine control unit (ECU) or gas turbine control system. This ensures seamless communication and reliable data transfer.
